Pool and garden area were lovely. You could always guarantee a delicious meal that was good value, and great for intolerances and allergies. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making sure everything went perfectly. Particularly, this amazing host at the reception who spoke amazing English and was able to give us some great tips and advice.

Stayed in the private rooms and really enjoyed my stay. Really clean and comfortable Staff very friendly and accommodating Good location close to the port Scooter hire across the road 7/11 is only 2 minutes walk away Really warm powerful shower with shampoo/shower gel provided Strong WiFi connection Beach with fabulous sunset is across the road

I extended my stay after 6 nights to another two days at the deluxe queen room and i could've stayed there for longer - the AC was perfect, the room itself like a garden house with a little terrace in front. Had a kettle for the first coffee/tea to enjoy out there. Could also change the lighting inside from an intense white to a more warm and that made it very cozy. For me it was very quiet, so i could sleep easy. Also the person helping me carry my luggage to the first room, gave a great tip where to rent a motorbike and it was also a trustworthy service.

We had a great stay in Billabong. The owner, Sascha and his team were excellent. Super helpful and attentive. Our aircon stopped working one morning and we were moved to another room and also given a discount on the extra night we added to our stay. Nice pool and restaurant. The room was spacious and clean. There's also a scooter rental right across the road, which was helpful.

The hotel was located at the back and it was nice and peaceful! The staff were very friendly and very helpful!

What exceeded our expectations was the friendliness of the host/owner. He gave us many tips of places to visit and where to eat, also shared his number to contact in case there are any problems. Very lovely service!

Location was great! Staff were amazing and even had a hotel pup called Rocky who kept us entertained. Hotel was very clean and bed was very comfortable also shower was decent.

location was perfect, very short drive to both the pier and Haad Rin (we we’re visiting for full moon party). Staff we’re so friendly, helped us to hire a motorbike which we were able to keep for the whole week.

Big rooms with lots of storage space, comfy bed, hot shower and really clean (housekeeping every day if wanted). Lovely pool and really helpful and friendly reception staff.
